About this tool
On an invoice the amounts are right-aligned, so every row starts at a different position. We rebuild the columns from the blank gap that recurs on every row, which is what actually separates them.
The result is an .xlsx with one sheet per table and the amounts as numbers: you can add up the column and check it against the invoice total.
How it works
- 01
Drop the invoice PDF.
- 02
Extract the tables.
- 03
Download the Excel file and add up the amounts column.
Questions
What if the table continues on the next page?
It is detected as one table per page, each on its own sheet. Stitching tables across pages is on the roadmap.
Does it work with e-invoices?
With their PDF rendering, yes. The e-invoice XML already carries structured data and does not need this tool.
