About this tool

To prepare a tax return many people review the year's transactions: income, large payments, balances at year end. A PDF statement is for reading, not for adding up.

Drop each statement (if it has a password, you will be asked for it) and download an Excel file with date, description, amount and balance, the amounts as numbers. In Excel you can filter by description, add up by month or flag what your accountant asks about.

This is not tax advice: the tool does not decide what to declare or how. In Colombia, deadlines are published by the DIAN in its official calendar, which changes every year.

How it works

  1. 01

    Drop one month's statement.

  2. 02

If it asks for a password, type it.

  3. 03

Extract the tables and download the Excel file.

  4. 04

Repeat for each month and combine the sheets in one workbook.

Questions

Where do I see my filing deadline?
In Colombia, in the DIAN's official tax calendar (micrositios.dian.gov.co/renta-personas-naturales-ag-2025/, checked on 27 September 2026). The date depends on the last digits of your tax ID.
Does it tell me how much to pay?
No. It only turns your statements into Excel so you or your accountant can review them.
Is any statement uploaded?
No. Each one opens in your browser's memory and is discarded when you close the page.
