Convert images to PDF (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC)

To convert images to PDF without uploading them: drop the photos here (JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC), order them, choose A4, Letter or fit to image, and download a single PDF. The conversion happens in your browser; the photos do not leave your device.

About this tool

Photos of an ID, a receipt, screenshots of a payment: many forms want a single PDF, not ten loose images. Here you put them together in the order you want, one per page.

It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and HEIC, the iPhone photo format that many converters cannot read. HEIC is decoded in your browser before the PDF is assembled.

Choose A4 or Letter for printing, or Fit to image so each page is exactly the size of the photo. If the resulting PDF is too heavy for a portal, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.

Questions

How can I check that my file is not uploaded?
Open your browser's developer tools (F12), Network tab, and process a file: no request carries your document. Or load the page, go offline and use it: it keeps working.
Does it work with iPhone photos (HEIC)?
Yes. HEIC is converted in your browser, without uploading, before the PDF is assembled.
Can I paste a screenshot?
Yes: copy it and press Ctrl+V (⌘V on a Mac) with the tool open.
Which page size should I pick?
A4 or Letter if you will print it; Fit to image if it will only be seen on screen and you want no margins.
Do the photos lose quality?
They are embedded without recompressing when the format allows it (JPG and PNG). Other formats are converted first.
