About this tool
Front desks scan everything in one go and end up with a 40-page PDF holding ten documents. We look for where each one begins: numbering that returns to “Page 1”, an opening heading (INVOICE, MEDICAL RECORD, CERTIFICATE) or a clear change of document type.

- It needs text. Run OCR first in “PDF to Markdown”.

- Each cut explains itself. Merge two parts with “Merge PDF”, or split further with “Split PDF”.
