AI document policy generator
Choose the documents your team handles, the AI tools you approve and the rules you want. You get an internal policy in Markdown and a short public statement for your trust page.
Written for small lending, KYB, health and legal teams whose customers are starting to ask where their documents go when someone uses AI.
A starting draft, not legal advice and not a certification. A policy only helps if people follow it: pair it with training and with tools that make the rule the easy path.

Public statement
A short paragraph for your trust or security page. It describes what your team does and says it is not a certification.
Our company handles client financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, W-9s) and identity documents (passports, driver's licenses, ID cards). We do not put these documents into personal or consumer AI accounts. Before a document reaches an approved AI tool, names and identifiers are replaced with placeholders on our own computers. We use AI only through company accounts whose terms exclude training on our content. We do not upload them to online PDF converters. This describes our internal policy; it is not a certification.
